That One Singapore Evening We Didn't Plan For

We'd finished what was on the itinerary for the day — some hawker centre lunch, the usual walk around — and then just ended up wandering toward the river. No reason. And that walk, completely unplanned, no destination, just the lights on the water and the warm air — that was the night we talked about on the flight home. The Singapore honeymoon package did its job. But the evening didn't come from the package.
