Vortex flow meter manufacturer providing precision flow measurement for steam and gas applications. Engineered for harsh industrial conditions, these meters ensure consistent accuracy, low pressure loss, and dependable performance in continuous operations.
The BX-6000-G Vortex Flow Meter is designed for accurate liquid flow measurement using the proven vortex shedding principle. A precisely engineered bluff body generates stable vortices as liquid flows through the meter, which are detected by a high-sensitivity piezo sensor. These signals are processed by a microprocessor-based transmitter and displayed on a graphical LCD, providing reliable flow data even under high pressure and temperature conditions. Built with robust stainless-steel construction and a flameproof, weatherproof IP-66 enclosure, the meter ensures long-term stability, minimal maintenance, and dependable performance across industrial applications such as chemical processing, water treatment, and oil & gas.
